About Me

About Myself

Since I was little, I was passionate about different types of sports, movement in general, therefore, at the age of 7, I started practicing rhythmic gymnastics and modern dance, for 10 years. Meanwhile, I started playing basketball and snowboarding while living in the mountains.

When I went to college, I lacked the discipline I had when I did gymnastics, so I looked for other sports – I started going to the gym and also trying different types of classes that you could do at the gym (ex. TRX, Body Pump, etc.), but I didn’t resonate with them.

I found out about a surf camp organized by a friend and I didn’t think twice!
In 2013 I started surfing and I am still fascinated and excited about it to this day.

Since 2013, I have also been working in Human Resources, the job that helped me meet many people, manage many situations, many types of people, helped me to develop on all levels and support myself materially.

Dedicated to meeting people needs, to help them exceed their limits, improve their body posture and working together towards a healthier lifestyle, both from a physical and from a mental point of view.

My Journey

In 2014 I went to my first Yoga class, out of pure curiosity. After the first class, I felt incredibly good, both physically and mentally. It was a new state, which I had never experienced before. In general, after sports, you feel very good, that’s why I love exercise, but after Yoga it was different – being very active, with a restless mind, Yoga helped me find my inner peace – during the practice of Yoga, I learned to I coordinate breathing with movements, I learned to listen to my body, to become very attentive to its limits and needs, I learned to be patient with myself, to become aware of the position of the body, of the thoughts I have, of everything I feel both inside and outside.

After almost 3 years of individual practice, I decided to deepen my knowledge related to Yoga and in 2016 I went to India – the pleasure of working with people and the love of yoga, led me to the journey of the soul, in Vrindavan, a holy city, with tradition, the home of temples, the place where Krishna was born, in northern India, where I completed an intensive course in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (80 hours), which gave me the opportunity to teach later, but this was not my original goal .

India was an extraordinary experience for me, which changed my life and the way I looked at it.

I never thought that I could teach Yoga, but after 6 months of obtaining my Yoga teacher diploma, I decided to try to pass on my knowledge and share my good energy and love for this discipline with those interested.

Teaching

I started teaching Yoga to my close friends, then these friends recommended me to other friends and that’s how I ended up increasing my group of students a lot and I received an offer to collaborate with a private medical clinic, in Bucharest, where I taught for almost 3 years. During all this time, I had Yoga classes in parks, on the pontoon, Yoga classes on Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP), in retreats, corporate yoga for employees, for 3 years, 2 times a year I had yoga classes in surfcamps, so I can say that I had the opportunity to teach yoga in many locations, at many events and this helped me grow, develop personally and professionally.

In 2022 I finished my second Teacher Training – Multistyle Yoga (200H), training made by Kashish Yoga, a Yoga School from India – Goa, accredited by Yoga Alliance and in 2023 I finished my 3rd YTTC, based on Yoga&Ayurveda (75H), with the same school. I am continuously learning, I am very curious and I want to learn as much as I can about Yoga, Ayurveda, spirituality, and how to improve ourselves and our lives.

Certainly the experience of over 10 years in Human Resources has helped me enormously to interact with many types of people and meet their needs.

Through Yoga, I want to bring people closer to themselves, through a practice for body, mind and soul!

I am waiting for you to “taste” the little India, the one from my soul!

Namaste! 🙏🏻💜
